Processing PVC through extrusion technology is what you will do in this job position.You will be part of a multifunctional production team and your work will take place in a three-shift system. Part of your tasks are operating the extrusion machine, quality control, solving small malfunctions and conversion activities of the production line. 

On a daily basis your day look like beneath: 

• Kickoff.
• Starting up and stopping extruders.
• Recoloring extruders. 
• Fixing malfunctions in raw material installation, extruder, cooling baths and tromp table. 
• Clean saws and replace and dispose of sawdust bags. 
• Refull trumpet table rings. 
• Putting delivered rings in the correct lines. 
• Process ring boxes and prepare for transport. 
• Visual check on the inspection platforms. 
• Check Hitachi inktjet printer. 
• Keeping a clean space in the factory area. 
• Evaluation and shift transfer.

• Preferably technical educated;
• Preferably experience in driving a forklift;
• Handy tinkerer;
• Mechanical knowledge;
• Able to work independent;
• Hands-on mentality and dare to take initiative;
• You are working in a solution-oriented manner. 

Je verdient het

Good work should be rewarded well. In this job the following conditions apply: 

• A salary between € 2.800,- and € 3.400,- gross per month (€ 350,- netto (with less experience, full cost house and health insurance) and € 600,- netto (full experience, own accomodation and health insurance)). 
• Housing (if needed) with one person per room. 
• 25 free days on yearly basis. 
• 8.33% holiday allowance of your gross salary (yearly paid in May / June).
